Idk about BMO as a whole, we will see as I am a brand new customer, but as far as this branch is concerned 10/10 recommend! Shawna and Kelsey helped me out with getting my account set up and everything in order. Very friendly, professional, efficient and all around fantastic experience. I hope the bank and other branches are just as good but y’all set a high bar. Thanks for working so hard to get my accounts set up and taken care of!

I absolutely hate BMO since Bank of the West sold out. Nothing but constant account and payment issues. The staff at this branch is great though and they are aware of all the corporate issues I’ve been having with my business account.
Was trying to get my balance by phone because the app didn't seem to be working. Made 5 phone calls to attempt to get my balance- hung up on twice, transferred to Canada (I'm in Denver), and got put on hold indefinitely twice. I never did get my balance because I was then told I had to physically come into the bank to verify my identity.???? I miss Bank of the West. BeemO sounds like a clown. Hey kids, come see BeemO the clown doing a circus act.
