Save your peace of mind and go elsewhere. This is the worst bank with the worst customer service. The staff doesn't care about your issues. It took 27 minutes on the phone just to cancel my credit card. A week later, it was still open. I am on the phone with them now to see what the hell is up with them.
I had a wonderful experience at BMO Bank. The staff were extremely friendly, patient, and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me with exactly what I needed. I truly appreciated their kindness and excellent customer service. Highly recommend this branch
