recently went to a branch and Sonia did very little to nothing to help me. Don't go to crossroads pkwy branch. I would give zero stars if that were an option. only one teller window open at noon and the customer at the window had multiple transactions. while waiting in line the customer in front of me and myself waited long. a minimum of two windows should be open. The staff needs better training. She was rude and she raised her voice when she talked to me. I told her that she need to lower down but she pretends she doesn’t understand. She talked to her supervisor many times and definitely need better training on business and training on how to talk to customers. She asked me to provide utility bill. I told her that I only have electronic version and I can email to the bank. She refused and asked me to print out the bill and come back. What a bank! I will share with you that calling the Customer Service number for anything will result in a very bad experience and complete nightmare! The reps over the phone are horrific at best. I will give praise to a Relationship Banker that I met in person at this location by the name Marcella. Marcella went up and beyond to assist in an issue I had. She is a true professional and BMO is fortunate to have her.
