Absolutely disgusting nature of business within this location since the conversion. The teller staff are incredibly rude and lack all customer service skill. As well as god forbid you need the “Branch Managers” Help, She is nothing but argumentative and awful to deal with! Made it a very quick and easy decision to close my accounts. Other branches in the area are WELL worth the drive to receive that human decency aspect in the customer service roll, that these staff have also taken on. Worst bank in town. Period
DO NOT OPEN ACCOUNT WITH THEM They don't want to help there customers and seem like they really dont know what they are doing as of today im closing my account with them and going to another bank, bank of the west is a joke. They made me go negative when they tried to do one simple task. DEPOSIT MY CHECK. And now they saying i have to pay 140 in late fees when it was there fault whattt???
