No stars is my actual rating for the entire corporation of BMO Harris Bank. I wish I had one good thing to say. The fact that BMO Harris uses outsourcing to communicate with its customers is a major issue, and it seems to me to be a very impersonal way to deal with sensitive matters such as banking and financial situations. The people I tried to deal by phone with spoke with heavy accents: zero satisfaction in this regard. I tried 4 times to get a debit card, and never received one. I feel this company is way too big to care... read more

First impressions, customer service is severely lacking. Glad we didn’t get a chance to open an account. Dodge a bullet. Found another bank we are happy with. Sorry BMO
