BMO is horrible. I was a happy member of Bank of the West. BMO ruined everything when they bought Bank of the west. I can no longer get any support from BMO. There are no business bankers available on site. Everything has to go through the BMO online and the service is super slow. They have taken over 7 days to get me digital copies of my statements. How is that even possible in 2024!!!! I can not access my commercial line of credit and I am beyond frustrated with how horrible this BMO takeover has been. Stay away from BMO a... read more
