I went to get an account to cash in a check and the banker was so rude, I’m glad the verifying of the check was going to take another day cause I did not want to open an account there or even come back the next day. 0/10 experience .

BMO is horrible. I was a happy member of Bank of the West. BMO ruined everything when they bought Bank of the west. I can no longer get any support from BMO. There are no business bankers available on site. Everything has to go through the BMO online and the service is super slow. They have taken over 7 days to get me digital copies of my statements.
