The folks at the branch are great. I've spent more time in there than I have in any other bank over the last 20 years. The back office of BMO however may be the most incompetent excuses for a bank that exist. 2nd grade level online banking. A phone tree from hell, service that is both slow and accidentally hangs up. Fraud departments that say they'll call and never do. I'm just waiting for the data breach news from this mickey mouse outfit. Don't do business with them unless you only want to deal with branch and are retired.... read more
Great customer service!
Always a pleasant experience. The new ATMs are more efficient compared to old Bank of west ATMs which was annoying with its questions. The customer service is above any other that I have experienced. I have been helped by someone different on every visit, and I must say the interaction was excellent with all of them.
