Very nice people in a clean branch. The bankers are very easy to talk to and the branch manager is very kind. Definitely worth going back.

This bank is the definition of giving you the run around. If anyone needs an example of how not to give customer service try working with this company.
MN ID card-check Soc sec card-check Certificate of live birth-check Utility bill with name and address-check. Try to open a new account and get told I don't have required identification. So I can serve the country, vote and aquire ANY state or government ID or program with those credentials but not a bank account. Waste of my time and yours as well. Would not recommend.
I’m deaf try call bank but they are helpless because I’m deaf feeling criticized being deaf using an interpreter on and that why I would not use that bank ever again.
