Avoid BMO Harris! I was a long time Bank of the West customer - had what I'd consider to be typical issues you'd have with any bank but always found friendly staff to help me walk through them. While I may not have always like the solution I never had issues with the staff and always found them to be professional and friendly. BMO has taken rude to a whole other level.
