Switched over from Capital One because not having a local physical bank was inconvenient. I wasn't prepared for the extent to which BMO was going to show me they could still be worse. Insanely slow transaction periods I wasn't warned about. Still not processing direct deposits until after the weekend - even in a fully digital age. ATM is always down and I do mean ALWAYS. They only have one outside. Our business opens at 8:00am so we rely on the ATM to make deposits. I have to shut my business down for 1/2 hour each day so I can make a deposit inside the branch. The Lakewood branch is the only branch close to my business. When you go inside, there is one teller and that person is never in a hurry to help you. Very frustrating.
horrible bank that does fraud on your Social Security. I recommend no one ever banking with this company.
