I have been a Bank of the West customer since they took over Commercial Federal about 30 years ago. They closed the branch in Ponca where I lived at the time but I continued with them. I have found their on line banking easy to use and communication with central office by phone or on line quick to respond. I have recently moved closer to Edmond and have utilized that branch on a few occasions.
