Bmo stinks. No service. Poor locations. I have a loan with them. As soon as I pay it off, I will gladly leave them.
Amazing service. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They will know you by your first name and take the time to understand your needs. You are treated like family here. I am very glad this is who I bank with.
First if I could give them lower than 1 star I would. When they were BOW i was pleased with their service and assistance. Since they moved to Bank of Montreal they have been a mess. As hard as the local folks at the branch try to help they cannot overcome the corporate stupidity. I had three fraudulent actions on my account and tried to get into contact with the bank to stop them. They totalled just under 5k.
