The manager is rude I would avoid this branch.
Called waited on hold 45mins to be told cant make appointment for non customer. I was simply making an appointment for my aunt, whom has accounts there. Omg 😱 can’t even call the branch. What the heck
Branch manager and another banker said they would take care of a transfer for me when switching checking accounts, they then forgot. They didn’t answer the phone the four times I called, nor did they answer for the customer service agent. I was told the banker that has access to my account was not in that day (even though she was the only one that could process my transfer and promised to do it that day) I’m just not sure why they make empty promises and are extremely difficult to reach.
