We were told that a document could be notarized because I was the owner of the property even though my son was the only one signing. He waited eighteen minutes and then they said they would not do the notary because even though I had an account he did not. I understand their policy, but we were very clear that he was the only one signing, and they should not have made us wait. Even better, good customer service would be that they would have allowed him to sign for my property.

This bank is the worst. I have a business close by. When I go over to try and make change they tell me they can’t make change for me because the business account is in my dad’s name. Because my name is not on the account as well they can not make change. Well I have a debit card and I am able to go to the ATM deposit my $20s into the ATM and then make a withdrawal of $5s. Never again. I went to this bank during my lunchtime which is before 11am. I decided to go inside for my deposit transaction. There were 2 tellers with one only helping a customer. I was the 2nd person waiting in line. The customer at counter had extremely large cash deposit. There was alot of chitchat and teller counted money twice, then took money to money counter and needed help to use counter. Money was counted at twice there.
