Absolutely excellent customer service across the board! The folks that work at this location have gone above and beyond in every interaction I've had with them. With online banking and phone apps my need to visit a bank has become almost non-existent, but when I do it is usually for weird customer-service problems that I think would take 30-60 minutes to resolve over the phone (repeating my account number for the 6th time!). Limited hours and service has steadily gone down hill. We will be switching to Chase which has a similar location and weekend hours.
