I went into this branch after a lot of calls and running back and forth trying to get a debit card got my new account. First off if you open your account online (Which most people will do) you can NOT get a debit card provided in the branches. After waiting over a month for my card and being sent back and forth to the branch on Rainbow where they were rude rude rude…Today I went into the Sahara and Ft Apache/The Lakes branch and I was set to just close the account all together. Four days ago, I found a gentleman dead in his car in your parking lot. His car is still there. Could you please remove it every time I come in to do some banking it darkens my thoughts. Thanks.
