This branch is managed by a woman named Sheridan Davis who is very angry and hangs up on everyone that calls. She appears to be from Africa and she says that the Bank of Montreal doesn't own BMO and she's never heard of Montreal. I have the email the CEO of the Bank of Montreal in Canada to complain about her. When I ask for the area manager she just cuts the line. Lazy and inept or worse. As a Canadian I couldn't be more ashamed. It feels like I'm in South Africa again.
Yesterday I was at this bank to change a check and while they were serving me, at the next window was a young woman who unfortunately I didn't know her name but what a disgusting person, treating an elderly lady who didn't know where to put her debit card because she didn't see well and this arrogant and rude lady snatched the card from her hand, they shouldn't hire people like that to give customer service, they are people who are bitter. If you don't like your job, don't do shit but don't treat people like that
