Terrible customer service at this branch.
I opened account a year ago and they never send me a debit card when I came to the branch they told me to wait and they never give me a service.
My son couldn’t get his meds after my check hit they randomly froze my acount im going to court I already have a lawyer I want BMO to burn stay far way from this hell hole
This review is about BMO not the branch. I recently tried to use my BMO card for a purchase. 4 year account holder, never a late payment, zero balance, and an 800+ FICO. Card was declined because customer service said the account was being closed per BMO policies and they do not need to inform the consumer?!! No reason given and according to customer service, no reason will be provided. Untrustworthy policies from a sub-par financial services provider. Stay away....frustration looms.
