Um all these reviews are for bank of the west not for BMO Harris bank. Weird. I’ve have BMO for 25 yrs now… they are getting the bad reps from some other bank lol
I wanted to take a moment to share a positive experience I had with sheridan, the branch manager. She was incredibly helpful when I visited addressing all of my needs and guiding me through the process of getting approved for a credit card. Sheridan maintain communication with me every step of the way, which made me feel truly valued. I've never experienced such a warm, family like atmosphere at a bank before. Thank you Sheridan for everything!
1 star because I went there to cash a 60 dollar check that is from that bank and they wanted to charge me 10 dollars for cashing it that’s ridiculous
