BMO Bank is a good bank to have, it’s never super busy, the people are very friendly and helpful. I like the location On Sahara by the Palace Station.
Might be the most welcoming, happy bank experience I’ve had. Karen is kind and loving, we laughed for an hour and I didn’t care about anything except being with her.
Crap bank dont do it on weekends atm is always down i have cashed my checks with them now the fraud department feels like they can just freeze my account they want to play games i had my job stop payment on the check and issue a new one and i ended up going with a real bank
I went to open an account. Mrs. Sara Gordon was so rude and unprofessional. I left the branch without open my account with this bank. I don't believe she is helping this bank at all... perhaps a different location might have a better customer service.
Wow. I went to BMO to open an account, and the staff was so unnecessarily rude that I walked out and changed my mind. I had walked up to one of the tellers with a smile. There was no one in line, and the teller was open, but I was suddenly, rudely and loudly shouted at to wait to be called. It was an innocent and non confrontational step that any customer might make: There's an open teller, no one in line, so you walk up to them. There was no reason to be so aggressively awful about it.
