Super incompetent and unfriendly mortgage call center. Asked for the mortgage payout amount, they were supposed to email it and they never did. And here I am making multiple trips to get a check for them
I consistently receive exceptional service from Carolina. Not only is she friendly and approachable, but also highly knowledgeable and efficient. During my last visit, I needed to make a complex deposit, and Carolina patiently guided me through the process, ensuring I understood every step. She also remembered my name from my previous visit, which made me feel valued as a customer. Her ability to handle high-volume situations with grace and professionalism is truly commendable. I highly recommend banking here!
Terrible experience today. I've been doing business with BMO since they were Bank of the West (20+ years) however the service has gone completely downhill since BMO took over. It has reached a point where I no longer feel comfortable doing any further business with this bank. They simply do not care about their customers and their needs.
