Super incompetent and unfriendly mortgage call center. Asked for the mortgage payout amount, they were supposed to email it and they never did. And here I am making multiple trips to get a check for them
I consistently receive exceptional service from Carolina. Not only is she friendly and approachable, but also highly knowledgeable and efficient. During my last visit, I needed to make a complex deposit, and Carolina patiently guided me through the process, ensuring I understood every step. She also remembered my name from my previous visit, which made me feel valued as a customer. Her ability to handle high-volume situations with grace and professionalism is truly commendable. I highly recommend banking here!
Terrible experience today. I've been doing business with BMO since they were Bank of the West (20+ years) however the service has gone completely downhill since BMO took over. It has reached a point where I no longer feel comfortable doing any further business with this bank. They simply do not care about their customers and their needs. The teller don’t know how to smile.
Some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered! Were supposed to ups overnight documents to another location and fell through the crack no responsibility. Went to withdraw money and was asked how I would like it and said in large bills to be told sorry I do t have 100 dollar bills, and I’m like well your a bank can you get it and the teller said “it’s not in my machine” meanwhile bank is totally empty. Rude, worst customer service ever !
