I consistently receive exceptional service from Carolina. Not only is she friendly and approachable, but also highly knowledgeable and efficient. During my last visit, I needed to make a complex deposit, and Carolina patiently guided me through the process, ensuring I understood every step. She also remembered my name from my previous visit, which made me feel valued as a customer. Her ability to handle high-volume situations with grace and professionalism is truly commendable. I highly recommend banking here!
Terrible experience today. I've been doing business with BMO since they were Bank of the West (20+ years) however the service has gone completely downhill since BMO took over. It has reached a point where I no longer feel comfortable doing any further business with this bank. They simply do not care about their customers and their needs. The teller don’t know how to smile.
Some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered! Were supposed to ups overnight documents to another location and fell through the crack no responsibility. Went to withdraw money and was asked how I would like it and said in large bills to be told sorry I do t have 100 dollar bills, and I’m like well your a bank can you get it and the teller said “it’s not in my machine” meanwhile bank is totally empty. Rude, worst customer service ever !
One star doesn’t reflect on the amount of frustration we have with this bank. We went into close an account and was told we needed to go the court house to get a paper to prove that we were legal representatives of our parents who have passed. It was obvious they didn’t want to help us and were wasting their time. We called customer service and they explained it and took time to answer our questions. Once we closed the account, I will never do business with this branch/bank ever again.
