Drive up here takes forever!
My experience with Bank of the West was disappointing at best. They erred in their responsibility to properly explain the routing number system to me and the result was that it cost me over $477.00 in late charges and reconnection fees with vendors when I could not pay my bills on line. It took a call to "corporate headquarters" to assess the mistake, then the bank manager at the branch bank refused to acknowledge their mistake and playedd the blame on me.
