Went to deposit money at 4:52pm the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Cashiers were hiding off to side of drive up window with all the lights out. I don’t like using ATM to deposit money but had no other choice. Very unprofessional!! If you are going to close early please notify customers

Worst bank I've been with. "Processing time" is what they call when you pay for anything and it takes 2 week minimum for for it to go though. It'll take it off your current balance like it paid but you won't see it come up u till weeks later. Then then is when it actually comes out. So you can think you have money, you can think yo paid your bill. You must wait a week plus for the bank to then process anything at all. Which if you don't have the money then to go negative.
