I had the BEST experience with Billie. I had fraud on 6 of my accounts and she helped take the stress away and worked with me to resolve the issue in a timely manner. I raved about how helpful she was to all my friends. Felt very at ease after that terrible incident. She went above and beyond!

I’ve held an account here since 1999, and stayed loyal through multiple merges. Stayed loyal through covid when their banking hours were inconsistent and sporadic. Stayed loyal when 65% of the time their ATM doesn’t work. Finally got a new account with a second bank, so I could access my money anytime but still wanted to keep my account open in hopes someday they’d be able to pull it together again.
