Very bad experience. I went to deposit money over there but the new lady I don’t know what her name was didn’t help me at all. Previous employees used to be very polite and helpful but this the new lady was so mean and rude. Didn’t help me at all. This is one of the reasons why people close their bank accounts at BMO.
I had the BEST experience with Billie. I had fraud on 6 of my accounts and she helped take the stress away and worked with me to resolve the issue in a timely manner. I raved about how helpful she was to all my friends. Felt very at ease after that terrible incident. She went above and beyond!
This is not a out the people or any particular branch. This is about there digital footprint and it stinks of yetti. I’ve held an account here since 1999, and stayed loyal through multiple merges. Stayed loyal through covid when their banking hours were inconsistent and sporadic. Stayed loyal when 65% of the time their ATM doesn’t work. Finally got a new account with a second bank, so I could access my money anytime but still wanted to keep my account open in hopes someday they’d be able to pull it together again.
