I frequent this bank for my business transactions and I normally ignore the red flags because they’re so close for convenience but most recently when I went in for help with updating some information on my business account, the service was completely subpar and the banker available did not know what she was doing nor what she was talking about. I ended up having to travel down to the 1st street branch to get my account serviced accurately and efficiently. Be careful at this location, it’s giving "IM JUST HERE FOR A CHECK”.
