He was able to explain everything I needed in such incredible detail, I could understand everything about the accounts I opened. BMO Harris decided they didn't' like my mailing address, made no actual effort to contact me, then decided to randomly CANCEL my credit card making claims that they sent mail and made phone calls that never took place. You hit my credit score and took away a lifeline when I actually needed it because your group can't handle a robocall or a piece of paper. Phone helpline is practically useless, website is constantly down due to “maintenance,” and access to my accounts needs to be periodically reset. In order to make payments on a business credit card, two sets of credentials are necessary, as payments are made through a separate vendor. Payments do not update in the online portals immediately as with other banks, e.g., US Bank, so you have to remember to check that it went through. The app is as clunky and unstable as the website.
