Phone helpline is practically useless, website is constantly down due to “maintenance,” and access to my accounts needs to be periodically reset. In order to make payments on a business credit card, two sets of credentials are necessary, as payments are made through a separate vendor. Payments do not update in the online portals immediately as with other banks, e.g., US Bank, so you have to remember to check that it went through. The app is as clunky and unstable as the website.
Lack people to help, no communication about anyone to help. Waited 30 minutes plus, and the dude was very rude and condescending.
I love free! The team here was great, gave me free water and a free bmo mug and they had a SPANISH speaking banker! Percey, the Manager(i think, by the way he dressed) and Michaela helped open my business non profit account last month, which was free! Very amazing and fast and got a debit card same day. Will be back to open my personal accounts since that is free as well and have a cash bonus! Bummed that I had to pay for parking. Didnt know they had a parking garage which is....guess what...free!
This branch and all its staff are beyond unprofessional. I have decided to close my account and bank somewhere else. The manager Percy is the main reason for my closing of my account. The manager Percy should not be in his position. They all have an attitude and the way they speak to customers is unacceptable! This branch has always given me problems. I am shocked that BMO allows this type of management and service to continue.
