It is very sad that I paid off my house in Dec 2025 and still waiting for an overpayment check. It should not take two months to receive it. Love the Bellevue bank they been great, but the main branch is a pain in the butt. They want your money, but they don't like to refund you. The main branch does not call and say they need this paper when you check and you send it and then they find it in their stack of paper and they already have it. I am giving BMO main branch until February 24 to have my overpayment check in my hands ... read more
Worst of the worst. Go to a credit union.
Hard to work with, unfriendly staff. The teller took a simple transaction, didn't listen, didn't ask questions, and had a bad attitude. No thanks. There's too many other banking options to deal with that.
Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Tellers are rude and dishonest, ATMs don't work right, won't take money, and I've tried several, and they do not address complaints. Andrew, a teller at this location, did not go out of his way to help me with a promotion I didn't receive, and couldn't tell me the specifics as to why I didn't receive it.
