To “labor intensive” for them to do their jobs when there’s 5 of them sitting there with no customers. Ever since they’ve changed to bmo customer service has gone down the drain. Terrible customer service and bank.
Haven't had an issue with BMO or this particular location. The ATM inside the building has a nice touch to it.
This has been my go to bank for years, they always resolve my issues, and a lot of the staff know you by name, now that BMO has bought them well see if it stays the same.
Worst customer service by far, Debbie tells you she will call back and never does, or tells you one thing one day then the next something totally different, I took my business elsewhere.
