I love this bank! I've never had a problem they haven't been able to help me with Immediately. They always remember me & my son, greet me with a smile & fix anything I mess up....I lost the code to activate.my debit card- so, they printed me a new one & let me set a password then. No complaints of extra fees or charges so far.
Just like to say that Rachel and Lily make banking there an absolute pleasure.
Poor service from the branch manager and zero follow up on my complaint when I called to report his behavior. I would recommend choosing a bank other than BMO: I’m saddened as I had been a customer of Bank of the West and their service was great. This incident has spurred me to make the effort and take my business elsewhere. The final indignity is I will be charged $50 for closing my recently opened savings account.
I really regret transferring to this bank. I cant pay rent because i can t sign in using Plaid to verify who i am, their system wont sned me a code to verify who i am and now i am locked out of my account again they wont send me a code to reset password so now i am unable to pay rent. It too 1.5 months to get them to link my accounts under the same log in. I call in and sit on hold for my entire break time, I work 8-5, they are open 9-5................I DO NOT RECOMEND BMO
I made a stop at the bank last week and had to go inside which I normally dread doing. Mo was incredibly sweet and easy to talk to. Thank you for making my experience simple, quick and fun. :)
