Absolutely the worst banking experience ever. Its so bad im actually going back to open a Bank of America account even though their data breach caused me so many troubles years ago.
Money orders cost $10 each if you bank with them!! What absurdity is this when it costs $1 at the grocery store?! Thanks for valuing your customers! When we live in an era that corporations go out of their way to rip their customers off, BMO is a great example of what's wrong with corporations in America today. Shame.
I love this bank! I've never had a problem they haven't been able to help me with Immediately. They always remember me & my son, greet me with a smile & fix anything I mess up....I lost the code to activate.my debit card- so, they printed me a new one & let me set a password then. No complaints of extra fees or charges so far.
Just like to say that Rachel and Lily make banking there an absolute pleasure.
