Unprofessional customer service for a Bank and teller wanted to make cashing a BMO Cashiers check a long wait , because “you’re not a BMO customer”. She seemed to make a bigger deal than necessary that I’m not a BMO account holder. I didn’t care about the $10 fee. It doesn’t take 15 minutes to clear a check issued by the bank itself. Do NOT bank here. I’m on week 2 of a fraud claim (which took 2 days max with prior bank) and they just don’t care. AI customer service on website. Was told claim could take up to 45 days IF I get my money back. Closing account as soon as possible (that only takes one day).
