I do business at se14th st and find them helpful and courteous.Hard to understand the negative comments.
All the policies are ridiculous they didnt give me the run down on the week long holds or when you order groceries they'll charge you 93$ hold that you cant get back for a week cashing checks via phone even though I cashed it early Wednesday I cant get it Tuesday next week. Someone accidentally swiped my card twice at the store and even tho they refunded me they're gonna hold that tik the 22nd even though it was refunded the 17th. I can't believe the negative feedback about this BMO location. Every experience I've had with the SE 14th branch over the last few years has been great. Today I went in because there was fraud on my account. I was met by Amber with a friendly smile. She listened carefully and immediately began cancelling my old card and issuing a new activated card. The whole process took only 15 minutes. Since BMO took over this branch, my banking experience improved. I would give Amber and BMO six stars if possible. THANKS for the great se... read more
Extremely rude and condescending staff. Their ATM went into restart mode and took my card. I then tried to speak to the male drive up teller who was immediately rude to me before I said a single word to him. After I explained the issue, he told me that a staff member forgot to put an out of order sign on the atm and they cant do anything so I'm just out my card. I will now have to take time off work to visit my bank and pay out of my own pocket for a replacement card because of their employee's mistakes! They didn't even off... read more
