The people in the bank are absolutely wonderful!!!! We've been with them a very long time. The only issue I'm having is with the app. It'll work fine for awhile and then it doesn't recognize anything. When it was Bank of the West I never had any issues with the app
I have had to change my card 3x I understand fraud can happen but it seems they leave ur info wide open I had no problems till bmo took over
Customer service at this bank has vastly improved in so many ways. I've stuck with this location through many changes in staff, hours, transitions, and so on. Good job to all the people working there!
VERY RUDE WOMAN ON CASHIER BRANCH , THEY DID NOT GIVE ME CASH SAYING THEY DO NOT HAVE MONEY. IAM LIVING LOSLUNAS, I NEVER GO THIS BRAANCH AGAIN. SHE DID NOT UNDERSTANT, BEFORE I WENT THERE MULTIPLE TIMES THE OTHER WERE VERY GOOD. SHE CAN NOT GET ANY STAR EXCEPT 0.
