This is a good bank my grandma‘s with them. It’s a pretty good bank very quiet inside there’s an ATM when you enter and no credit card required to get in. Also very spacious and they’re nice.
No one answers the phone. Not even a machine.
Extremely helpful staff. When I visit other Branches they can’t solve any of my requests however Linda Wong (Manager at the Daly City location) has always done everything possible to give me detailed information and solve every question and issue I have. Thanks
The staff does good work even though retention of workers has been difficult. The management team is excellent.
