Horrible banking service , going to chase
Called customer service for 2 days in a row for 2.5 hours each, transferred to one dept and kept getting disconnected- one rep said she will call me back if we get disconnected but never did ! I have a different issue when I called but coz of the poor customer service, I decided to close my account. Also I have not heard of a bank that have 0% interest and the amount is almost 150k not 150 dollars! They just lost a customer for poor customer service.
