The new Branch Manager Adam, really went above and beyond to earn my business. I was ready to shut my account down and go somewhere else until I met Adam. He explained to me what he would do for me and got it done. I walked out not only still being a customer but also refinancing my Business loan to an amazing rate. (Which was Adam's idea). I give them 100%.
