Been with this Bank for 8 years. Only because my previous employer whom I spent 10 years workigg my for banked with them. a few weeks ago I and the Acct became victims of fraud. Because of this they closed my acct and said I can’t bank with them anymore. Okay fine I have other Accts with much better Banks and credit unions. The problem I have is how they treated me. Worst bank in tucson woldent recomend it to no one
Very disappointed. Left Wells Fargo after 32 years due to awful service. So we switched to BMO hopingbfor better results. So far, they failed miserably. They forgot to order our checks. We contacted them to fix this. They sent the checks with our incorrect address and only my wife's name on checks and not mine. I sure hope we see improvement quickly or we're going to have to change again
The gentleman this morning has terrible customer service. Oh and also they hold your money hostage. Do not put your money in this bank!
