This bank is the worst. Originally went to the Ina location. They kept telling us to go to the Oro Valley location because it would be an hour wait even though there was literally one person ahead of us. It seemed to me that they just didn’t want to wait on us for some reason. The whole vibe was very cold and off. The employees seemed miserable and kept telling us they were short handed. I would appreciate this branch fixing their outside lighting. I don’t appreciate having to get up in the night because my 67 year old mother is at the ATM trying to get some money and wants to stay on the phone with me for protection. Your branch is in Oro Valley or .1 miles outside of it. Taxes are higher here for a reason, and you’re a financial institution. Please fix your lights so cameras can catch things and seniors have visibility. This branch is already a hole in the wall, some adjustments are needed. Badly.
Been with this Bank for 8 years. Only because my previous employer whom I spent 10 years workigg my for banked with them. a few weeks ago I and the Acct became victims of fraud. Because of this they closed my acct and said I can’t bank with them anymore. Okay fine I have other Accts with much better Banks and credit unions. The problem I have is how they treated me.
