They handled all my problems. I was just about to give up on BMO. Thank you ladies.
I went to withdraw money and my account was frozen. And after contacting customer service my account was supposed to be unfrozen. Come to find out this was not true. I call customer service again and after a 45 minute conversation I'm told I need to go in personally and prove who I am with a valid I D. This is pure B.S. especially on a weekend and my job mandating I work 6 days a week 10 hrs a day As a result of this I'm now living in my car. They deserve their two-star rating. Run like hell there as bad as Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and Chase. Customer service is not their priority and they're full bull shit fees.
Worst company do deal with…. Ever! Bank of the west was awesome, once the switch happened it’s been a nightmare! Incorrect credit reporting locked my online account and can’t figure it out Call center is in the Philippines and they can barely speak any English. Nonstop phone calls by a machine with no help provided. What a JOKE! A BMO credit card just shows up at my house that I did not apply for. No info about interest rates etc. So I do what any normal guy does, I call the number on the back of the card. The number ON THE BACK OF THE CARD is not "correct". No matter how many times I call [from PHX AZ] they say I am calling Canadian customer service. The BMO branches want me to come in for help. NO!
