Just had a very positive experience at this BMO branch. Called to ask for appt to close a trust account for my late father. Julio the branch manager was very courteous and helpful, gave me a same day appt. When I arrived, I was helped by Shane Gregg who was amazing. He was friendly, compassionate and sympathetic regarding my father's passing, and very professional and efficient in dealing with the closing of the trust account. Worst bank & service I have ever experienced. Asking online, by phone, and in person to make wire transfers out, to then close the account after months of terrible service by BMO in general. Despite their confirmation and signed docs, it never happens.
The worst branch I’ve ever visited. The staff and manager here are extremely unprofessional. The manager even hung up my call without a notice. They cannot solve your problem and are not evening trying to help you. Stay away from this branch. WORST!!!!!!
