Wish I had read all the horrible reviews when they bought my old bank. They never sent me a bill for my safe deposit box, then charged a late fee. Found out they raised the minimum balance for a small savings account without notice. Thankfully, I will be done with them soon. They don’t accept responsibility for their mistakes but try to say it’s the customer’s fault. Awful service
lol. So funny. They don’t know how to withdraw couple hundred from my account. It’s not a bank it’s a joke🤣
Very bad experience at this branch. I have 5 loans with them checking, savings, and 3 property finance. I went in today, one person actually working and two other workers just there staring. When I asked for help the workers were rude and staring said they were on lunch. The one worker there took forever to assist me and had bad very bad customer service.
I asked for a coin wrapper for my quarters and they said no because I am not a member of the bank.
