Very bad experience at this branch. I have 5 loans with them checking, savings, and 3 property finance. I went in today, one person actually working and two other workers just there staring. When I asked for help the workers were rude and staring said they were on lunch. The one worker there took forever to assist me and had bad very bad customer service.
I asked for a coin wrapper for my quarters and they said no because I am not a member of the bank.
Service not what it used to be before BMO bought the branch.
Female manager needs to find another job. She emits negativity she tries to share with whoever comes in path. Corporate office needs to check these reviews
