Opened account. Set up direct deposit from work. My deposit came they froze my account. I gave ID and social at the branch and still no access to my own funds. 4 business days to review. Customer service agents are rude and unhelpful. If u like having access to your money BMO is not the way to go
Helpful and swift service. Angel is so helpful and great at providing beneficial information. Angel is amazing he knows over several hundred customers by name and their needs when they walk through the door. Angel makes banking painless and adding accounts easy. Great parking

Nice people at this branch who always try to be helpful. However, BMO as a bank is a joke. Tried to close my accounts in late April (too many nickel and dime fees) and was told it was done after one visit to the branch. Then I kept getting bills for services I was no longer using. Called in May and they said "Oh yes, we'll take care of it!" Now it's July and I got a call from the branch about closing an account that I thought I closed (twice!). I just spent about 2 hrs, talked to 4 people and it's supposed to be finally done... read more
