I have a account here only because my dad is elderly and im on his account. I have been on hold for 35 minutes because your automatic system is apparently broken and cannot give me my dads bank balance so it transfer me to a live agent and now nobody will answer. That is ridiculous. Im so glad I have Alpine Bank as my main bank for 14+ years. I can call them anytime during business hours and always get someone within a few seconds. I miss when your Bank was Bank of the west. It was way better than BMO.
We went for a Home equity loan and after all we went through to get it, BMO sends us a bill charging us $75.00 a year just to have the line of credit! We canceled the loan after receiving the bill, now they are charging us over $300.00 due to us closing the line of credit! How we miss Bank of the West! we will be closing our account with them very soon! Terrible customer service!
Excellent customer service every time! Used to be greeted by name every time, been with this bank through 3 of it's name changes. It's the people behind the counter that keep me coming back. Faces behind the counter are changing, as long as they continue to provide the Excellent customer service I'm used to it's all good!
BMO Bank is one of most complicated Bank I have ever dealt with. Not recommended for anyone over 65.
