Excellent customer service every time! Used to be greeted by name every time, been with this bank through 3 of it's name changes. It's the people behind the counter that keep me coming back. Faces behind the counter are changing, as long as they continue to provide the Excellent customer service I'm used to it's all good!

I became a BMO customer because Bank of The West became BMO. My family chose to use Bank of the west back in the 1980s because they were a small enough bank and were treated as such. The old bank of the west was a great bank. In 2023 Bank of the West became BMO. I would have never cose BMO as a bank. I have direct deposit with my employer. With the bank of the west it took one day for my deposit to clear and money available. With BMO it takes two to three days. I had 4 accounts with Bank of the west.
