I became a BMO customer because Bank of The West became BMO. My family chose to use Bank of the west back in the 1980s because they were a small enough bank and were treated as such. The old bank of the west was a great bank. In 2023 Bank of the West became BMO. I would have never cose BMO as a bank. I have direct deposit with my employer. With the bank of the west it took one day for my deposit to clear and money available. With BMO it takes two to three days. I had 4 accounts with Bank of the west. I'm always greeting by name as I enter the lobby. The group that work their are always friendly and helpful and quick to answer questions. I have business and personal accounts with this location and they have always taken good care of me.
