这个银行简直让人失望透顶，我自己从chase bank转过来的钱他们说在后台看不到然后给我把账户冻结，打电话给客服说要找分行给我冻结账户的人才可以解决，客服也没权利，我就不理解一个员工这么大的权限吗？合法合规的钱也冻结？奉劝大家选择其他银行
