This BMO is a joke, manager Ivan Santosa is the most unprofessional banker or manager I’ve dealt with. Ivan claimed they are too busy to do a wire transfer, and asked me to drive 40 miles back for their mistake. Stay away from this branch.
Walked in and was helped immediately. It looked like an elderly woman was going be taken advantage of and I saw how they worked together to protect her information without making a scene.
Hello everyone, we all know BMO is a new bank and unfortunately I live in Alhambra and like to shop and do my business local So what do I do when I walk in the bank and it’s empty and the Asian lady tells me to wait 30 minutes but then she calls me back and says she has several appointments throughout the day so she won’t be able to help me today nor tomorrow how should I take that ?
