I found this branch by coincidence. Passed by after left my other bank that I wasn’t happy to have business with. I planned to just get information for their business acc. The manager Ivan S greeted me & took his time to explain their services. Those 5 minutes customer service that he took time with professionalism, convinced me that I would be treated better even as small business owner . This BMO is a joke, manager Ivan Santosa is the most unprofessional banker or manager I’ve dealt with. Ivan claimed they are too busy to do a wire transfer, and asked me to drive 40 miles back for their mistake. Stay away from this branch.
Walked in and was helped immediately. It looked like an elderly woman was going be taken advantage of and I saw how they worked together to protect her information without making a scene.
