Naomi needs to be removed from her management position - 92nd Branch. She has zero Customer Service skills. She is unprofessional, unfriendly, rude, and SOOO much more! I have been with this bank through all of their name changes for 30 years. I am quite sick of her attitude every time we go in. I will be removing ALL of my accounts. She's done this repeatedly to several family members as well. She should be terminated IMMEDIATELY.
Ever since bmo took over bank of the west they have been going downhill fast. I wouldn't recomend bmo to my worst enemy. The app is useless. The branches are rude. The whole company is a joke.
This is a previously under fire Canadian bank, do your homework,Dec 28 went in to open an account,the Karen behind the desk says sorry no one here to open accounts, better pull those expensive tv ads, no one’s laughing now, I went to first bank, a real American bank!!
