Their tellers are not very well trained. During my visit the teller struggled with the computer system while I kept waiting. Not a pleasant experience.

Went to this bmo branch to stop pymt on check.bank officer said he couldn't help me because he was understaffed. No one in bank,this is the worst branch.went to another branch they helped me.
