This is the worst branch!! Bad customer service from the Branch Manager to bankers. The teller was polite and listen to my issue regarding not receiving the bonus after opening the account. Back in Nov 2023 I opened my acct for the bonus, it stated that no minimum amount required to open the acct, after meeting all the direct deposits requirements they didn't give me my bonus... instead they closed my account without notifying me. I got a terrible service from the banker Mae, who opened an account for me but didn't enter the promo code required for me to get the bonus offer later on. The manager, Adrian, did not want to remedy the situation, saying that it was all my fault, even though I clearly told Mae that I want to take advantage of this bonus offer.
