I have been a customer since the Bank of the West days, and unfortunately my experience has declined significantly since BMO took over. The Stevens Creek branch has been very disappointing. There is one employee who is consistently helpful and professional, but most of the staff seem poorly trained and often have an unfriendly attitude.
