If you don't care about your money this is the bank for you.someone got into my account I reported it the manager basically called me a liar and now froze my account and won't let me get my money.Bmo is the worst bank I've been with if I can give a negative star I would 10x
Service is not good at all. Bank of the west was rearlly good before the BMO took over. I called multiple times and nobody answered the phone and after several tries. The customer representative was not able to help. The need to get better customer service
Close early and not open on weekends. It makes it difficult to do business. Sad :-(
Went in the other day to open a new account with BMO & there customer service was great. Barbara assisted me with getting my new account together and she was very professional.
