I'm appreciative and comfortable walking in to BMO. I know my questions and concerns will be handled. Meera has taken the time to explain to me the way to make my banking experience easier with less complications for my situation. Everyone there has made me feel welcomed.
Walking into this branch is like taking in a time machine to the 1950s. I'm sure there was a reason the builder created those thin little windows on the south side. But ignoring the aesthetics of the interior, I have found the people who work at the branch to be very helpful. I have a business checking and savings account here and they have always done a great job helping me with account questions and issues.

What kind of “Branch Manager” sits and hides behind the tellers? What happened to the days where customers were able to walk up and have a conversation regarding our bmo accounts and have client manager relation? I have 2 nobody shops linked with this location the guy manager never calls me back lying that he was going to. Needs a change I am not the only customer here who feels this way. Soon I’m checking with corporate if this is acceptable
