The worst bank on earth specially after they become bmo… getting worse !!All the system is backwards any service the credit cards and the phone call service system. Everything backward even the customer service everything unexpected specially for small business they don’t care. Specifically, this Bank at this location there is one person only willing to help as she can in front desk. “N”🙏
Employees don’t want to work. I asked if they can print my bank statement and the lady cut me short in a rude manner and said “I’m busy doing something you can make a appointment instead.”
