The worst bank on earth specially after they become bmo… getting worse !!All the system is backwards any service the credit cards and the phone call service system. Everything backward even the customer service everything unexpected specially for small business they don’t care. Specifically, this Bank at this location there is one person only willing to help as she can in front desk. “N”🙏
Employees don’t want to work. I asked if they can print my bank statement and the lady cut me short in a rude manner and said “I’m busy doing something you can make a appointment instead.”
I was never impressed with Bank of the West but my experience with BMO has not been any better. I bank at this location based on convenience and Nancy (teller) has always been kind and super helpful. However, the last two times I’ve came I noticed 2 new tellers. Today’s experience was hard to look pass. Branch opened at 10am, I came in at 10:50am and was told the ONE teller that has active login was on break. 50mín in? Even so, why wasn’t the second person logged in?
