GREAT Bank & Branch -- They Go The Extra Mile! – Mary, the Manager, Roberta, Shelly (?) and all the rest go far out of their way to be helpful. When I have my dog with me, they make sure to have a cookie for him, too. Even at the Northglenn branch, Drew (the manager) went so far as to call me up, just to make sure that everything is going well with them... and I do not have any huge sums with them. Cant' speak highly enough of the bank and branches. Been with them for about 4 years now, between here and New Mexico.
Worst Branch for Bank of the West I have ever used. – This bank is very uncooperative. I normally bank at the Longmont or Niwot branch even though I live in Loveland because I work in Boulder. When I do go to this bank they act like I am nobody. They want to charge a fee for everything they can possibly charge a fee for. I have had alot of money in this bank with multiple High Dollar CD's, Money Market accounts and multiple checking accounts.
