I'm so disappointed. I had been driving from the Visalia location to this one in order to use an ATM that worked, but this one has begun having the EXACT SAME ISSUES. It eats cards, goes out of service suddenly, and won't accept deposits. This bank is a headache all around and we're currently in the process of leaving it. I thought Bank of the West was bad? It's got nothing on BMO and their upcharge if you want to deposit your check today using the app instead of waiting 2-5 business days for it to deposit!
Finished my work with them in under 10 minites, was quick and professional :)
