30 min waiting time for opening business account😤, wasting my time
This is one of the most slowest banks that I have ever been to. They should literally close it down!!!
The 3 Mexicans who work there are so rude, unprofessional and honestly they don't care about customer service. Everyone else greatest service specialy Evelyn.
Old women manager made mistake it was 84 dallor getting back so I was missing 20 dallor
Horrible bank with zero customer service. I tried to deposit a money order and in my account and they wouldn’t take it. THEN I tried to withdraw money from my account that I had for over 16 years and EVEN with my Drivers License and last four of my social and EVELYN was not satisfied it was my account. Disgusting treatment and I am moving my money to a money market account that actually pays dividends. Ridiculous.
