Literally the slowest, most inefficient branch in the chain! WOW! I was literally the only customer in the bank and they took 20 minutes to issue a cashiers check that takes my normal branch 5 minutes. Lily took her sweet time and just made excuses, and nobody else stepped up to help or expedite.
This bank (BMO) has the worst customer service they are gladly willing to accept your money but when you try to withdraw it they hit you with all these underlining rules and regulations. Many times I've had to come back to this bank because some important information was left out and ultimately it bit me in the butt because I have to waste my hard-earned money on gas and spend my time coming back to resolve something that could have been resolved initially on the first visit. Unprofessional and quite frankly I'm sick of it.
