This bank (BMO) has the worst customer service they are gladly willing to accept your money but when you try to withdraw it they hit you with all these underlining rules and regulations. Many times I've had to come back to this bank because some important information was left out and ultimately it bit me in the butt because I have to waste my hard-earned money on gas and spend my time coming back to resolve something that could have been resolved initially on the first visit. Unprofessional and quite frankly I'm sick of it.
Great place
This place is horrible. I have banked in West Virginia, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, and now California. This Bank of the West is the most unprofessional and unhelpful bank I’ve ever been to. From the branch manager “Miguel” to Ricardo to the supervisor Jonathan. They closed my account because I work in the cannabis industry. They wouldn’t leave it open for another 1-2 weeks so I could receive my tax return. Even though I’ve been with them almost a decade.
