Most un ethical banking experience I’ve had in so long. The Branch Manger Sur is so incredibly incompetent she uses bank company policy to hide her ignorance of the banking system and how crucial access to funds are for a small business. Sue was hell bent on putting a hold on a check that was being deposited she has to ask her subordinate for assistance with something she should have been trained in. The worst bank ever! Always short staff, going for a quick withdraw turns out to be there for more than 30 mins. I've counted 5 staff members and a very long line. Only 2 windows open, others doing who knows what. Never a time when I come into this bank and I'm in and out. Any branch I go to its the same. It's time for a new bank. 🤦🏻♀️
Had me wait 45min on the side to open my account. 15min after they closed they say they can no longer help because they are closed.
