Most un ethical banking experience I’ve had in so long. The Branch Manger Sur is so incredibly incompetent she uses bank company policy to hide her ignorance of the banking system and how crucial access to funds are for a small business. Sue was hell bent on putting a hold on a check that was being deposited she has to ask her subordinate for assistance with something she should have been trained in.
